Windows Blue Screen After Trying to Log in to Paypal

This issue only first arrived yesterday around 2pm. Prior to this issues occurrence I was logged into Paypal and buying something off Ebay. After clicking to make my purchase the browser (chrome) froze completely, so I force closed the browser after it didn't recover. The purchase continued fine, then I went to login into Paypal to confirm the order had gone through only once and that it was correctly posted this went fine the first time. Upon deciding to buy another item, I tried to re-login to Paypal, this is when the first BSOD occurred. I have been messing around trying to fix the issue for about 3hrs in total now and am now out of ideas, and can't find anything online already to fix my issue. I've made sure that my Ethernet adapters drivers where up to date, as well as Windows drivers. I have run in the CMD sfc /scannow and it found no issues. I have also just tried deleting all browser data for the past day.

Sorry for the late response was on vacation with family. I appreciate the response, and to be honest I completely forgot about BIOS in general. I have updated the BIOS and uninstalled then reinstalled Java to V.144. I will run CCleaner again to check for registry errors, before I attempt to login in once more. I will try it in a different browser, I will update you to the results shortly. Unless there is a way to save bookmarks to my profile I really do not want to uninstall Chrome lol.

I tried it in edge had no improvements, still BSOD. The only thing I haven't tried was a ram checker, so I'll do that tomorrow. I can post the newest CrashDump upon request. Thanks for the help.

Ran memtest86 off a USB for 4Hrs per your recommendation. The program found zero errors in my computers memory.

Thanks for the help, it's not that big of an issue I guess. Just annoying, worth a try fixing though.

SHORT ANSWER: I was having this exact same problem, the "Intel(R) Technology Access" solution didn't work for me since I don't have any of those programs. For me it seems to have been Killer Network, which came as the driver for my MSI motherboard. I reinstalled that, and now it seems to work.

LONG ANSWER: In case you are getting that error and you have neither the Killer Network driver, or Intel(R) Technology Access, or if you try reinstalling both of those and it doesn't help, I found this as an option on a Reddit page, someone suggested this program to check what your BSOD is coming from:

The program seems to be pretty useful, look for the "Caused by Driver" and Google that result to find the source of your problem. I'm in the middle of downloading that driver (for me it was my network adapter) and manually reinstalling it.

After going through a lot of work I was able to narrow it down to my network driver. I happen to have a PCIe WiFi adapter, though I've been using Ethernet, so I was able to unplug my Ethernet and confirm that the PayPal login page does work on WiFi. I uninstalled and reinstalled my Ethernet adapter, and now everything seems to be working.

Try reinstalling your Killer Network driver, if you have that installed. I didn't have the Intel(R) Technology Access driver, but this was the cause of it for me. I included more details on my fix below.
